Full Featured Black and White Chartplotters in a Compact and Affordable Design
The TRACKER 5430 and TRACKER 5430i are the perfect entry level grey-scale GPS chartplotters. The extremely low power consumption (100 mA at 12V) makes these units ideal for small boat or sailboat use where power consumption is of concern. Useful as either a basic GPS unit by utilizing the built-in 16MB world map and 1000 waypoints but easily upgraded to a fully fledged chartplotter by adding a C-MAP cartridge The TRACKER 5430 range are offered with either an external or integrated antenna. Built to system match Navman’s new range of grey scale fishfinders, the 4.3” 4-level grey scale screen offers boaters a great first step in electronic navigation.

The TRACKER 5430 and 5430i come standard with a localized (US, Europe, Australasia or Rest-of-World) 16MB world map that provides a basic level of cartographic detail and functionality. 1000 waypoints, 25 routes and multiple plotter tracks provide ample navigation tools. Additionally, all units have capacity for a C-Map cartridge and are compatible with NT MAX, the latest offering from C-MAP. With the cartridge installed the full capabilities of these units are enabled for seamless chart data on depth contours, hazards, port and tide information and NavAids.

Boaters can take advantage of Navman’s expertise with fuel monitoring and engine management system as the fuel software is included standard in both units. The purchase of an optional gasoline fuel sensor enables important fuel consumption, flow, range and tank level information to be viewed real-time allowing the boater to make adjustments to throttle and trim for maximum engine efficiency. The TRACKER 5430 and 5430i come standard with a swivel and tilt bracket, flush mount options and sun cover.
